Terms & Conditions

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Entry to the venue is permitted from 5:00 PM onwards. Dinner timings are subject to availability.
• Booking confirmation is valid only for the selected date and number of guests.
• Prices displayed are final and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless mentioned otherwise.
• The management reserves the right to modify services or deny entry in case of misconduct or violation of venue rules.
• Outside food, beverages, alcohol, or prohibited items are strictly not allowed.
• Guests participate in cultural activities at their own discretion and risk.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No amendment, no cancellation, and no refund is allowed once the booking is confirmed.
• In case of no-show, the full booking amount shall be forfeited.
• No refund will be provided for partial utilization of services.

Child Policy

• Children between 2.5 ft and 3.5 ft will be charged as Child Ticket.
• Children above 3.5 ft will be charged as Adult Ticket.

Privacy Policy

• We collect only essential customer information such as name, contact number, email ID, booking details, and transaction reference.
• Personal information is used only for booking confirmation, service delivery, and customer communication.
• Customer data is not sold, shared, or misused, except where required by law.
• Reasonable security measures are implemented to protect customer information.

Limitation of Liability

• The management shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Services are provided on a best-effort basis subject to operational conditions.
